IAPRI 2012 Corrugated Booth

The corrugated booth pictured was designed using Solidworks. Each differing piece was designed and then mated together using solidworks. Once all pieces were designed they were exported over to ArtiosCAD as a .dxf and cut out using a Kongsberg table. The majority of the booth is fiction fit and requires very little glue for assembly.

Pack Solutions Challenge

The 2015 PMMI Pack Solutions Challenge was to create an end to end packaging machinery line for Pharmaceutical wafer tablets.

Gh Sports Marketing Plan

As a part of a marketing class, I was an Intern for a local sporting goods company where my team created a marketing plan to increase sales. The marketing plan was selected by the company and my team was nominated for the Annual Marketing Pitch Competition.

Solidworks Reverse Engineering

During my time at Cal Poly I was tasked to reverse engineer an object in our 3D CAD class. My group chose to do an Nintendo 64 Controller. I was the team leader and created the shell of the controler and assembled all sub assemblies to create the final product as seen in the image shown.

Package Validation Project

The purpose of this project was to design and manufacture a packaging system in which 6 wine bottles can successfully be shipped from Arroyo Grande, CA to Shanghai, China. The package should also function as a display ready presentation unit that can showcase all the bottles of wine. To ensure a “successful” shipment, a detailed test schedule was organized to simulate the single parcel environment from California to China. This environment begins with a truck transit to LAX and ends with air shipment to Shanghai. For testing, “failure” was defined as any functional damage (breakage) or cosmetic damage (fractures, scratches, etc).
